Who we work with

For Restaurants & Food

A menu people can read on a phone, hours that stay right, reviews that keep coming.

A restaurant gets judged online before anyone tastes anything: the menu, the hours, the reviews. Most restaurant websites fail at exactly those basics, usually because updating them is a chore that loses to Friday service every single week.

The basics, fixed

A menu people can read on a phone. Not a PDF that needs pinching and squinting. A real page: readable on the phone where almost every menu search happens, quick to update when a dish or a price changes, and indexable so “brunch Lancaster” can actually find your brunch.

Hours that stay right. Wrong holiday hours are how a regular ends up at a dark door and a stranger reads “closed when they said open” in your reviews. One place to update, and plain guidance for keeping Google in sync, because most people check the map before the site.

The boring, load-bearing stuff. Directions, parking, the phone number one tap away, the specials somewhere you can change without calling anybody.

The follow-up that fills tables

Catering and private-event inquiries. The catering request that comes in during Friday service is the one that never gets answered by Monday. An immediate acknowledgment goes out on its own, and if a quote you sent sits quiet for three days, the follow-up sends itself. Catering is the highest-ticket work a kitchen does; it shouldn’t leak through a busy inbox.

Review requests. After a catered event or a private party, the request goes out on a delay with a direct link. The reviews that fill weeknight tables come from the work you’ve already done.
